We encourage all users to evaluate our products and services through available free plans, trial features, or limited-access versions before purchasing a subscription.
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be granted for purchases made through Morvra.
1. Try Before You Buy
Morvra may offer:

- Limited feature access
- Evaluation versions
We encourage users to test Morvra before purchasing a paid subscription.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to evaluate the product and determine whether it meets your needs.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future automatic renewals but does not affect the current subscription period.
After cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No future charges will occur unless you re-subscribe.

- Morvra Account Center
- Stripe Customer Portal
- PayPal Subscription Management
- Apple App Store Subscription Settings
- Google Play Subscription Settings
Depending on where the purchase was originally made.
3. General Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Accidental duplicate purchases
- Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions
- Technical issues that prevent normal use of the Service and cannot be resolved by Morvra Support
- Incorrect charges caused by billing errors
- Subscription renewals charged in error after a cancellation request was submitted before renewal
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approval of refunds remains at Morvra's reasonable discretion and subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Individual Subscription Refunds
Monthly Plans
For monthly subscriptions purchased directly from Morvra:
- Refund requests submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase may be eligible for a full refund if service usage has been minimal.
- Refunds are generally not available after 14 days.
Annual Plans
For annual subscriptions purchased directly from Morvra:
- Refund requests submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase may be eligible for a full refund.
- After 30 days, refunds are generally not provided except where required by law or under special circumstances approved by Morvra.
5. AI Services and Usage Credits
Morvra AI services may involve usage-based costs from third-party AI providers.
Because AI resources are consumed immediately when used:
- AI credits
- Token packages
- Usage-based AI plans
- Additional AI consumption purchases
Are generally non-refundable once consumed.
If purchased credits remain completely unused, Morvra may consider a refund request at its discretion.
6. Team and Enterprise Plans
Team, Business, Enterprise, API, SDK, and custom agreements may be governed by separate contractual terms.
Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, payments for enterprise services are generally non-refundable.
7. Purchases Through Third-Party Platforms
If you purchased Morvra through:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
- Microsoft Store
- Other authorized marketplaces
Refund requests must be submitted directly through the platform where the purchase was made.
Morvra cannot approve, deny, or process refunds for purchases handled by third-party marketplaces.
Their refund policies will apply.
8. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Change of mind after extensive use
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Compatibility issues clearly disclosed before purchase
- User device, operating system, or network limitations unrelated to Morvra
- Violations of Morvra Terms of Service
- Abuse of trial programs
- AI usage already consumed
- Partial subscription periods already substantially used
9. Chargebacks
If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact Morvra Support before initiating a chargeback.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- Suspension of Services
- Account restrictions
- Permanent account termination
Nothing in this section limits your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
10. How to Request a Refund

11. Refund Processing Time
